The bag arrived in good condidtion, packaged well, no defects with a storage bag when not in use, overall pleased with the shipping and handling process.
I really like the bag, just the right size; love the dark color, the material and the Coach print; thought I was getting the silver hardware but okay with the gold hardware; overall a great looking tote bag that can be used for any ocassion.
